We currently ship pan-India through trusted courier partners.
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may take longer.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days (depending on your location).
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to track your parcel.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events such as weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters.
7. Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged parcel, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at truelyceramic@gmail.com.
