Yes — every product is handmade in Khurja by local artisans, so slight variations in color or glaze are natural and make each piece unique.

3️⃣ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, through our secure Razorpay gateway and Cash on Delivery (COD) Not Available.

4️⃣ How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 days depending on your location.

5️⃣ What if my product arrives damaged?
